Publishing a report

When you design a layout, it is private to you.  If you want to share the layout with others, you publish it.  A published layout is a report.

Steps:

1. To publish a layout, Click File.

   Step 1

2. Click Publish...

   Step 2

3. Click the visual assist to see your list of available subscribers.

   Step 3

4. Pick DASUSERS to publish to all DAS users.

   Step 4

5. Click Select.

   Step 5

6. Click Publish.

   Step 6

7. To see the report, click File.

   Step 7

8. Click Open -> Reports...

   Step 8

9. Click Find.

   Step 9

10. Click Run.

    Step 10

DONE

Here DAS runs the published report and shows the results for the full data set.
