Report Style Sheets
Style Sheets are a collection of report styles. Style Sheets that are available for use with other reports are stored in the Report Gallery. You can combine report styles into a style sheet and reuse them in reports. This topic explains how to create and use style sheets in reports.
Style Sheet from the Gallery

The gallery is the recommended method for creating and sharing style sheets between reports.
Style Sheets are created in the Private Gallery and then can be published to the Public Gallery. When a style is added to the Private Gallery is is available to be added to other ProReports, via the Apply context menu option.
The Private Gallery and the Public Gallery are a part of the Report Gallery Panel.
Style Sheets from an XML File
A report can save and load styles from an XML file. A report can also reference a style XML file. Such a referenced file will override and/or add styles in the report.
Save Style Sheet to a File
Press the caption button in the toolbar's Styles group to invoke the Style Editor.
Press the button to save the styles as a style sheet (external REPSS file).
Add Styles from a Style Sheet File
Do the following to embed a style sheet's styles in a report:
- invoke the Styles Editor;
- press and choose a style sheet file in the Open dialog.
All the styles are now available in the report's toolbar and Report Explorer.
Allow Reports to Share Styles from a Style Sheet File
You can utilize styles from a style sheet in a report. To do this, specify the path to the style sheet file in the report's Style Sheet's Path property.
Important
Validate that the shared style sheet file might can be accessed when the report is run in Automator or in mobie.
The attached style sheet's styles are now available in the report's toolbar and the Report Explorer. You cannot edit these styles.
