When a top 5 national homebuilder and major-league operator undertook one of the largest World-to-EnterpriseOne conversions in the industry, ReportsNow became a cornerstone of the reporting transition strategy, serving as the common platform capable of operating across both environments simultaneously. KS2 owned the data migration strategy, execution, and reconciliation, developing the mapping framework that enabled thousands of legacy World Writer, FASTR, and CIR (Customizations, Integrations, Reports) to transition to ReportsNow rather than be rebuilt as UBEs. To address the complexity of FASTR journal entries that had no clean E1 equivalent, KS2 also developed a custom application purpose-built to handle complex JEs and allocations that the standard migration path could not accommodate. Together, these game-winning contributions kept both data integrity and reporting continuity on the scoreboard through one of the most complex World-to-E1 cutovers in the homebuilding sector.
