Jason Shumate is an accomplished IT professional with a proven track record of driving technological innovation and efficiency. As the Director of IT, Jason is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology infrastructure and strategy.With over two decades of experience in the field, Jason has honed his expertise in developing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of ECMD's business operations. His strong leadership skills and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's technological capabilities and maintaining its competitive edge in the industry.  Jason's commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional responsibilities. He is known for his collaborative approach, fostering teamwork and cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment between IT initiatives and organizational objectives. His dedication to staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends enables him to anticipate challenges.

Victor touts more than 30 years of software consulting, eight of which are specific to JDE. As Director of Sales, he and his team are the primary liaisons between each customer and ReportsNow. He works closely with prospects and customers alike in the traditional ReportsNow white-glove fashion. His approachable and charismatic demeanor is the foundation of his long-term relationships with clients. Victor holds a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Julie has over 25 years of experience in IT, sales, marketing, and public sector, including 10 years at JDE. She specializes in customer solutions and support, with expertise in business, e-commerce, instructional design, training, and project management. Julie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Leslie is a highly qualified professional, armed with a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University. However, it is her passion for customer training that truly sets her apart. With her mastery of the ReportsNow suite and analytical background, her ability to transform complex data into an easy-to-understand format is a true asset to the ReportsNow team.

Si is an experienced software development problem-solving expert. He earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northeastern State University and went on to pursue a Master of Science in technology from Pittsburg State University. The thing Si loves most about his job is the unexpected creativity that he witnesses in himself and others when tackling complex software development challenges.

A CU Boulder graduate, Tim joined ReportsNow in 2013. A 25-year development veteran, he spent 20 learning JD Edwards. He helped develop technical components of EnterpriseOne: OMW, FDA, and Batch Scheduler. Currently, he spearheads development at ReportsNow as a key software architect of ReportsNow products.

A graduate from the University of Oklahoma, Kelsey uses her degree in Psychology to develop a strong understanding of people’s needs which she parlays into an exceptional customer experience. As an account manager for ReportsNow, she is dedicated to ensuring that the customer journey is filled with innovative solutions and surpasses the expectations. With a passion for working with individuals from various industries, she thrives on the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of companies.
